Perfect Day

Prom 2011. We're cute. Enough said.
A perfect day is something everyone dreams of. No work, no school, and completely stress free. But for me, i could care less if i had to work, if i had to go to school, and if i was completely stressed out to have a perfect day. Because i've realized that i have a perfect day multiple times throughout the week. Because everyday i spend with my boy is a perfect day to me. Even if it's just for a few minutes. All the bad in my day suddenly becomes good when i'm with him. Every insercurity, frustration, and worry that has run through my veins disappears the moment I see him. One little glance at him and i'm sold. Nothing bad could ever happen when i'm with him. My perfect day would consist of one thing, Brady. Hands down. There ain't no sunshine when he's gone and all the colors seem to fade away when he's gone. But when he is here, everything is perfect and nothing will rain on our parade! Good thing he's never gone too long! :) Monday he surprised me and took me to dinner, tuesday he came and took me to dinner with his family for dinner, and today he tried to come over because he was in Provo running an errand. I was sad to have missed him because i was at the library, but it was so sweet of him to try. I absolutely love that about him. He's willing to do whatever it takes to catch a glimpse of me while i'm bumming around in provo. He's seriously the greatest guy any girl could ask for. And if he ever saw my blog he'd probably get creeped out cause i'm a little creepy bragging all about him on here, but i can't help it. He's the one thing that is always going through my head! (Ya'll understand how i feel, right?) Happy Birthday to my sweet boyfriend! He turned eighteen yesterday. I'm so proud of him and all of his accomplishments! (Did i mention he's a killer salesman? He's a shining star at his work!) Anyways....I should stop rambling and finish off this rambler of a post. lol! I just needed to do something to get my mind off school for a few. Everyday is a perfect day, when i'm spending it with my boy. Enough said. It's always more than just peachy when i'm with him. I love every minute of it, even the ones we spend sitting on the couch watching tv. We love doing that. Not gonna lie. We're a really chill couple, and it's absolutely peachy that way!

College Confessions

Cofessions of a College Freshman:

1) After three days in an off-campus apartment (which is abnormal for a freshie) I can see why people get married so easily here at BYU. It's like every spare moment you spend in your apartment complex is a moment to meet someone new. I like meeting new people, but I just don't like the guys who are preying on the girls. I have a boyfriend. So, the RM's scare me. I like my boyfriend too, and i don't want to lose him. So back off RM's haha! :)

2) Three girls in a room is rough. I love my roomates already, but being on the top bunk is an adventure.

3) I'm far away from home. Yes, i know for the past eighteen years i have been dying to get out, but now that i'm in Provo, i'm sad that I am far away from my sweet boyfriend. He was so nice and drove down to see me today. He took me to dinner at SLAB! My favorite pizza place which is also in the basement of my complex. It's great. He's driving down here again to take me with him to his birthday dinner tomorow. I'm so lucky to have him. I seriously don't know what i would do without him. I was able to snag tickets to the BYU vs. Utah game for us and i told him about it today. He was so excited! I'm stoked! AH! I have the best boyfriend in the world. Enough said.

4) I'm so happy that there are only 20 people in my writing class. That's almost unheard of here at BYU and i'm so lucky to have such a small class. I'm going to be able to learn alot in that class because it will be so small and personable.

5) My schedule pretty much rocks. I got to school from 8-10 or 8-11 everyday. Which means that i get finished with school very early in the day and then i work, and then i get to study! I really like my schedule. It worked out perfectly!

6) Scooter. I have a knee scooter to help with my foot which is in a cast right now. I had another foot surgery a week and a half ago. It hasn't been to bad and it's been so nice to scooter around and conserve energy.

7) I have the best roomates ever! I'm so lucky to have really nice roommates who are so helpful. They have made moving into an apartment a really good experience so far.

That's it for now! Everything is working out pretty well and pretty much more than just peachy here in Provo. Let's hope it will last!

The Summer List

The Summer List:
  1. Go hiking! The Y and Stewart Falls are a must!
  2. Watch Despicable Me with my boyfriend! That is one of my favorite movies and he has not seen it yet. That's almost a crime.
  3. Go up to Silver Lake. I love this place! It's so much fun to go swimming there! It's beautiful! I'm curious to see if my Camry, Gus Gus, can make it up there with his new mud/snow tires my dad put on!
  4. Sleep out on the deck! This is a tradition among my sisters and friends! We have spent a lot of time out there.
  5.  Girls night! YES! I'm moving away, my friends are moving away, and we need one last party before we move.
  6. I really wanted to go backpacking this summer. I think it would be so much fun. So we'll see. If i could go on a short hike for even one night then i would be satisfied.
  7. Ride the Sundance lift on a full moon night! :) I really want to do this one! It sounds like it would be so much fun!
  8. Go to Sliding Rock.
  9. Go mountain biking, probably up at Sundance or up in AF canyon. It's so pretty up there!
I don't know how I'm going to fit all these in, but i know I've got to! I'm having another foot surgery in between summer and fall semesters so that takes up even more time. Not to mention i have to move out in that time too. Lamesauce. But I will somehow find a way to do all of this stuff. I love all of these! :) They are so more than just peachy so they obviously have got to get checked off the list!

Words with Friends

Brady and I started playing this months ago when this app was popular. I don't know who still plays Words with Friends anymore, but we still do. Why? Because i have yet to win a game. Okay, i've won two games out of the at least 15 that we've played. When i did win, it was awesome! I celebrated the defeat for hours. But as for all the losses, I would get mad, but then i realize that Brady is playing really good words. I always tell Brady not to let me win. I don't like that. I hate a pity win. I love actually winning. So we're going to be playing Words with Friends for awhile because I have yet to figure out how to score high, but that's okay because i absolutely love playing this game. Because we can play this game back and forth on our phones (okay, Ipod for me since I'm not cool enough for a smart phone) and so we are always doing something together. We laugh a lot and crack jokes while chatting with each other. I love it because this game has led me to many more than just peachy moments! It's absolute peachy perfection! WOO!

If I ain't got you!

Some people want diamond rings
Some just want everything
But everything means nothing
If  I ain't got you, Yeah

If I Ain't Got You
Alicia Keys

It's funny how you never expect yourself to feel like this, but then that one person comes along and changes everything. Since the day I found him, there has not been a day that I have not thought of him. Everyday we spend together makes me so much more grateful for the circumstances that brought us together. We had one class together senior year. That one class changed everything. It led me to my fairytale. I'm so lucky. I'm so lucky I have you. Nothing in this whole wide world don't mean a thing, if i ain't got you with me baby. <3.
